Whats This ?- Roomali Masala Papad

It feels like its been long since i posted a recipe. It had been a hectic week and as a matter of fact i didn't get time to cook anything special. This weekend we went for lunch to a small joint where we ordered this item which i had not seen earlier. It was a Roomali Masala Papad  which looked like this :

I had seen a Roomali Roti but this was quite unique. Well, it was a a crisp roomali roti only which was very thin and roasted to give a cracker like taste. They served it with a topping of finely chopped onions ,tomatoes, coriander and a generous sprinkle of Chaat Masala. And the shape was an attraction :-) so thought of sharing it .
