Veg Hakka Noodles


Hi Folks ! Wishing you all a very Happy , Prosperous and Peaceful New Year . Hope you all welcomed the new year with all enthusiasm and zeal the we did .This time the new year eve was quite different as compared to the last few ones . The presence of my brother-in-law and sister-in-law made it a fun-filled one.In the past few days , we had a variety of food . Then there was this one dish which is my BIL's recipe and was liked by all in the family. Initially i was bit hesitant to have it but must say it was simply awesome after i tasted it . Just have a look at the recipe :

Ingredients :
  • 1 packet Ching's  Veg Hakka Noodles
  • 1 cup finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 6-7 garlic cloves- finely chopped 
  • 3-4 green chillies-finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot- diced
  • 2 teaspoon oil
Seasoning :
  • 2 teaspoon dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 spoon green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Finely chopped coriander 
  
Method :
  • Cook the noodles as per the instructions given on the pack

  •  Heat oil in a wok and stir fry all the veggies 

  • Add the sauces and mix well

  • Add the noodles and stir fry on high flame for 3-4 minutes

  • Don't forget to toss the noodles or else they may get sticky 
  • Garnish with finely the chopped green part of  spring onions, coriander , capsicum and sprinkle a bit of black pepper powder


You can add vegetables like cabbage , green peas, yellow and red bell peppers etc. in large amount . You can also add a bit of grated lemon skin in the garnishing to add a tangy taste to the dish.
