Rajasthani Kadi Pakora(राजस्थानी कढ़ी पकौड़ा )
Indian food is a perfect blend of different cultures and various methods of cooking. Due to my dad's transferable job , we got an opportunity to live in different parts of the country which enabled us to relish on the regional and local food varieties. We had a gala time during his tenure in Neemuch , a state in central India which shares its North Eastern border with the state of Rajasthan. So most of the time, we used to plan weekend trips to Chittorgarh, Udaipur , Gandhi Sagar Dam and what not. Farm House parties were also a common weekend trend :-) which gave us ample opportunities to savour mouth-watering delicacies , smothered in spices and chillies. Rajasthani Kadhi Pakora( राजस्थानी कढ़ी पकौड़ा) was one such dish I instantly fell in love with. It is commonly known as 'Khatta Kadhi Pakora (खट्टा कढ़ी पकौड़ा).
