Hotch Potch Salad

Some days are so dull that nothing seems to pep up the slumped spirit. One such day , I thought of making this colorful ,nutritious and quick salad which instantly lifted my spirits. To make the salad , you can let your imagination run wild and can use anything and everything of your choice.I used the following:

Ingredients:
  • Baby Corn
  • Been Sprouts
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Red Radish
  • Spring Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce 
  • 1 Katori Pomegranate Kernels
  • Capsicum
  • Apple
  • Sweet Lime
For the Dressing:
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  • Mint Honey Dressing (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped Green Chillies
  •  Finely chopped Coriander
  • Black Salt
Method:
  • Cut all the veggies & fruits into cubes/slices as per your choice.
  • Put in a mixing bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours .
  • Add lemon juice ,pepper, chillies and coriander .Toss well .

This salad is a meal in itself or can also be eaten with  main-course . You can also add Paneer Cubes and any other dressing of your choice. You can also have a glass of Buttermilk or Tomato Juice as an accompaniment which is absolutely refreshing. HAPPY COOKING !
