Green Salad

Salad is one the many accompaniments one can find with the other dishes or meals i usually make. As a matter of fact, i love all types of vegetarian salads with minimal dressing. According to me , making salad is as good as making a painting wherein you have the liberty to add your favorite color without any restrictions.. You can use veggies, fruits, tinned vegetables, sprouts and what not. Salad is much more than few pieces of cucumber or onions .It is infact a healthy package of unique flavors , textures ,ingredients which can be served as a side dish or can be a complete meal in itself. This hariyala salad is  light and refreshing.

  • 1 medium Cucumber , finely chopped
  • 1 small katori fresh Fenugreek leaves ,finely chopped
  • 1 small katori fresh Green Peas
  • 1 medium Tomato ,finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped Salad Leaves
  • 1 small katori Sprouts
  • 1 small katori grated Carrot
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Rock Salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Lemon Juice

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve chilled.
