Ye Dil Mange MOMO

What do you do on a weekend ,when its drizzling and the gloomy atmosphere adds on to the lethargy? I always find it difficult to keep my spirits high in monsoon. Rainy days may seem perfect when all you have to do is stay tucked in your bed and enjoy the downpour with a hot cup of coffee. But then that's the last thing on mind for a person like me. So as always i prefer to experiment in the kitchen to beat the blues. And tadaaaaa ,the boredom and lethargy is gone.

Off late my husband has become a fan of Momos so i wanted to try it for a quite a long time . As the dish is steamed and the stuffing has a lot of veggies, it proves to be a healthier option. Also, you can experiment a lot with the ingredients as per your choice and off course their availability. If you serve it to a sadashiv pethi ,i am sure he is going to call it 'tikhat ukdiche modak ' LOL... Jokes apart, the first attempt turned out quite well but you guys have to excuse its shape :-P .
