So to add some zing to the dinner time , I recently made this easy Stir Fry Veggie recipe . I make Mix veg quite often but this time i have also used a stir fry sauce for added flavor. All sad veggies in the refrigerator have gone into the making on this yummy recipe.Take a look  :

  • 1 tspn pepper powder
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
 Cooking Time: 20 mins
Serves: 4

  •  Heat oil in a pan and add spring onions. Stir for 2 mins before adding other veggies
  • Add other veggies one by one . Keep stirring with a wooden spatula
  • Season with salt and pepper powder
  • After 2-3 minutes , the veggies will become bit softer. Keep them aside
 For the garlic sauce:
  • Make a fine paste of soaked red chillies
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic paste and stir for 2-3 minutes. Now add chilli paste
  • Add 1/2 cup water , corn flour and salt and stir continuously so that lumps don't form in the sauce
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes
Pour this sauce on the stir-fired veggies and mix well.  Garnish with chopped coriander / chopped spring onion greens. You can add or remove veggies as per your choice.

Remember that while stir-frying veggies, put small quantity of veggies at a time ,let them fry for few seconds and then only add the next lot.  HAPPY COOKING !
